Does Trade Stream charge investors fees?
Typically, no unless you hire an AP for a buy-side M&A or secondary transaction. We are typically paid by clients who hire us to raise capital, close other strategic transactions or provide advisory work.
What types of investors does Trade Stream work with?
We work with all types of accredited investors, from the largest global institutional investors to high-net-worth individuals, and everything in between.
Should I work with only one AP?
No.  Each AP is a standalone entity, whose business is supported and overseen by Stonehaven.  APs have a variety of finite disciplines and are generally only focused on a concentrated set of mandates.  As such, speaking to a single AP will not enable an investor to avail themselves of the full suite of investment opportunities that exist on the platform.
